Commport Monitor is getting an update this week! Over the last while, Commport has been working to make some improvements to the Commport Monitor track and trace website.
We have been working through some significant performance enhancements that are aimed to improve the user experience and speed up the response times for pages on the site.
As a result, most of the changes are going to be visually invisible to the users, however there are a couple of changes to the screens.
On pages such as Document Search and Transmission search there used to be a menu button called Actions and the ability to resend or export results was accessed by clicking the actions menu button and then choosing the appropriate action.
In the latest release, Commport is moving those actions to the forefront where they can easily be accessed by a single click.
One of the other visual changes that users may notice is that there have been some changes to how the data is presented across pages.
We expect that users are going to love the improvements that have been made!
