Commport will no longer be sending out blanket notifications for Maintenance Windows or Service Incidents.
All notifications will be provided via the PagerDuty platform. Please ensure that you are registered as a subscriber for the notifications you want to receive.
Please note that Commport registered known primary contacts as a part of rolling out PagerDuty. If you have any questions or are receiving information you are not interested in, please contact support@commport.com or your CSM.
Commport offers a variety of services which it can independently report on. In order to get the most relevant communications, subscribe to the services that are applicable to you.
All Services – Choosing this option will provide you with the broadest communications available and will advise you of any change in Commport’s Network Status. Please note that this does include notifications for some client specific applications which may not be relevant to you.
CCI VAN – This is Commport’s primary EDI services platform. If you are using EDI services from Commport you will want to ensure that you are subscribed to this service.
Commport VAN – Commport operates a legacy EDI network that is in the process of being decommissioned. If you are using this service, Commport will have already registered, you for this notification. No new customers are being added to this service.
Cloud EDI – Formerly known as Internet EDI, this service is Commport’s browser-based EDI system. Subscribe to this service for important updates impacting Cloud EDI.
Datapool – Commport Datapool is Commport’s GS1 GDSN Certified data pool solution. Subscribe to this service for important updates impacting Commport Datapool and the Global Data Synchronization Network.
Translation Services – Commport offers a variety of EDI translation solutions. Subscribe to this service for important updates impacting Commport’s Translation Services.
eLiNK – Client Specific Network Solution hosted by Commport. If you are a member of the eLiNK community, please register for this service to receive important updates that impact the eLiNK Solution.
